Yeah, I'm in my early twenties and have only been investing for a few years but that's one of the first things I picked up on.
A lot can be learnt from a companies capital structure and how management is incentivised.
There seems to be a lot of companies in the small cap sector that claim to be aligned with investors yet use the company as their personal atm.
Agree, the ESG situation eased my environmental concerns I initially had, really well executed.
As I said overall impressed by the board seem to have a lot of integrity.
