The money raised allows the company to drill and plan to the point where a full BFS will be complete, at that point the next steps to production can be financed thru debt in conjunction with possible early cashflows from tailings and or shallows.
This can be achieved with contract miners, the only piece of the puzzle missing is treatment options which the last presentation states they will prioritise the resolution of this issue having a number of options available to them
