gee whizz mate, i think you are getting ahead of yourself for a new company adding really its first few people. Whatever the sex lets get the best candidates and some contracts before we back over and start ticking all the other ESG investment boxes.
Dont get me wrong diversity is very important and needs to be a focus.. there will be ample opportunity to balance things out in new hires when the contracts start to drop!
