When will you flat earth society guys learn? Charting is as much use as a predictive tool as tea-leaves in my cup or a drunken fly crawling across my screen .
ICN is now highly active with action on several fronts and the sp will go up or down based on results of that activity.Fundamental issues such as an oil strike, a gas sale contract, reserves upgrade, a take-over offer etc etc will drive the sp.ICN has close to a 100% chance of one or more of these events happening before Xmas.
Thats what its all about.
