You might be right, but this is very similar to what HSN said in their announcemment before the whole thing collapsed.
From HSN announcement: "BGH Capital has advised Hansen that it requires further time to complete its due diligence in a limited
number of areas as well as to negotiate transaction documentation and complete its financing workstream"
