I try not to join in any I-hate-the-board parties as I don't have all the facts. Doubtless mistakes have been made but it's possible the board are victims of circumstance, much like us. The SP went through the roof, they went looking for capital, and with no DFS/ML in place they were told 15c a share or p*** off. Thus our shorting friends knew exactly where to drive the price. Sure, board members could have been been complicit in or even involved in the shorting but nobody has produced any evidence of that. Having said that, I certainly think the board needs better and/or more experienced talent as we move into production.
Anyway, unless something lands shortly it looks like another day/week with no news. Bring out the "news is coming next week" posters (who also said that last Friday).
