I always believe the sp is constantly manipulated. IMO, today's sp manipulation could be done to help next week's two resolutions, i.e. to ratify issuance of those 70,485,675 Shares and to approve 6,771,482 to Su.
Maybe they think .091 vs .008 looks prettier than .105 vs .008. Frankly, I won't rule out they will continue to bring down the price to .08x early next week to make the placement look even prettier!
