Just on this again, I obviously agree with your point on the ODs. But what I meant re the directors and the SP was more that they wouldn't all be getting in the meeting room each morning and saying 'right - 3.2 this morning, let's get it up to 3.4 by midday!'

Whereas for us passive investors, that is all we have. It's like athletes ofte say they feel more nervous watching their team play than actually playing, because they have no control.

Day to day fluctuations are clearly not a worry of management. If they were, they'd never get any of the actual work required done.
