    Fair enough, I'm curious as to how this will all work.
    My simple mind says 100m debt/equity (whatever) x 25% = 25m to fund (at whatever time the JV states) or maybe will be taken out of profits or a percentage?
    Genuinely curious and happy to be wrong as I have no idea how this will play out
