I am still trying to sort out the 4th October announcement of Dr. Gil's appointment, which concluded with Dr. Charmaine again demonstrating her remarkable ability to eloquently pinpoint key points with her words of thanks to Bill Goolsbee, which ended with "...and wish to acknowledge his indelible import on the company's culture with his consistent mantra of ensuring that the patient be central to all decision making."

Words such as "indelible" and "mantra" don't just naturally appear - they need to be carefully thought through, and are quite different to "profits" or "$$$" signs.
