For example....
Northvolt are VW's strategic battery supplier and VW own a 20% stake in Northvolt. If I was VW I would want some level of ownership/control of a strategic supplier tooo.
If a large OEM/battery supplier wanted to execute offtakes with Talga for 19ktpa+ anode as a strategic supplier then I expect they would want a stake as well.
The thing is MT doesn't want any further dilution and will raise at the project level from partners, so what they do they have to do? Buy on market under nominee accounts.
