Agreed, Junhaus, HPA just one possible, so it the risk profile does fit in my opinion also. Our biggest issue could in fact be having enough cash to keep pursuing all the possible ip avenues!!!!
And yes, new tech does not get adopted overnight, so it would take some time for something else to supercede the incumbent, but batteries are crying out for a leapfrog moment, they are so incredibly overdue a complete re-design!
