Some very quick figures.. (dont have the time to find the exact figures)
MEP approx 500m on offer.
1.15 MEP shares to 1 ADN share = 575mil shares.
ADN approx 2.46bil shares, will become 3.035bil shares
that is a dilution of approx 19%.
Therefore to purchase 25% of GW Project and 50%NNT,
we have paid 19% of & Mt Hope.
Anyone saying we paid 100m for 25% of GW is incorrect.
I wonder if ADN management hs done any figures to see if this is beneficial long term or are chasing short term revenue?
