Let’s face it, confidence from James? 100% of every person on the planet would find a way to exercise those options, complete no brainer, even a porn shop would have lent him the money to convert. I was having a good look at the remuneration packages and thinking that if or should I say when we get to the magical $1 the options that these directors have will make them all very wealthy indeed and here they are wanting more? Performance rights for any company are a joke imo, damn well getting large pay packets with bonus shares/ options is bad enough but rewarding Directors with extremely cheap and achievable goals is the biggest joke of all, not particularly targeting our Directors but the whole system, back in the day a performance target was say double or even triple the then share price and with provisos in place. Just in JM’s case just on options he is looking at 50 million pay day for less than 6 years work…plus wages and entitlements, not bad, over $9,000,000 pa.
I know that I will be shot down in flames, but just my thoughts on it, anyone else agree?
