Well until we see anything concrete announced - you are just linking things up in your imagination.

Like the DBL - back in June/July you were making it out like IOU had already secured the digital bank license. But in reality there will only be maybe 5 license issued amongst like 50 license aspirants ?

And to this day there's not even an announcement to confirm IOU has applied for the DBL - again just your hypothetical conjecture.

And to think why it is such a secret for nearly everything IOU does - there is the sense in the underground group that they feel like some bond movie spymaster finding info before the market ? LOL
