I'm assuming it will be brought up, but would be great to hear the company's plans on bolstering the board to make the transition from explorer to producer (if Grivas is to remain as chairman). Melissa was a great appointment that specialises in a certain field but ADN also needs additional clout that has experience in the BEOT business world.
