We got so much stuff in the ground, I see no reason why we shouldn't sell some early as DSO. Establishes lots of nice things early: Commercial realities, sale of actual product. delivering it, early mining processes including sampling, pit selection, ore blending etc, shipping (trucks, loading, ships and trucks and loading again incl. any dust, noise safety, compatibility, other issues)), customer relationships, exposure of the product to others, payment terms (and issues), cashflow management re regular income, and many more.

There is plenty to learn and there is nothing wrong with learning that with a lesser value product - esp. as long as there is flexibility and the DSO can be turned down rapidly if all else goes to plan or better. To me, many parallels with PLS.

Remember. cash is king, because you just never know what will happen! I'm all in favour of starting with the training wheels on as opposed to going off to the races on your flash hot new bike - just to learn all the things you didn't expect!
