CNBC video news title is "Short-seller says Vulcan Energy shares don’t have much value as project’s not commercially viable" - I'm pretty sure that mis-leading headline on a global media is worth something more than "sorry".
For what it is worth, i do find bear cases valuable. But profiting from false information used as ammunition for a short attack should be heavily punished.
