Pretty slim imo. There's a lot of big name applicants which I believe would have more chance over IOU. 612 mentioned last week I believe it was that RHB and Axiata have applied and what's interesting to note about this is the close relationship RHB has with IDSB and on the other side, IOU (or iSentric to be exact) works with Axiata. IOU don't necessarily need to be holding the DBL to benefit from it is how I'm thinking about the situation. Digital Bank license and IOU offers a digital payments services to at least one of the major applicants.

Also worth noting is that iSentric was spun out of Donaco owned by Genting which is believed to be an applicant. One of the major shareholders in IOU is part of the Genting family. It may mean nothing but there a few connections there worthy of considering. Again, IOU doesn't necessarily need to hold the license to benefit from it.
