Government actually gives companies heaps of cash, small miners got 200-1mil, another $5mil for study in critical metals development... numerous reasons for R&D, incentives, Tax rebates, ... and of course those for sponsorships for trails with nasal sprays.. but not ours.
and then the execs get bonuses.
