Ann: JHC agrees to full commercial rollout of HeraCARE, page-73

Had to check all the info below was already in the announcement or on the teleconference (don't want to get in any trouble).
Simplifying it.
JHC will roll out the whole platform for the clinic. Half the total yearly numbers will be used for the first 12 months (ie half of 3000). $50 per month with a JHC "special discount" (amount undisclosed but easy maths if you care to do it) as acknowledgement for all the work done in collaboration over the last 18 months (only applicable for first year).
12 months agreed to so as to get the program continued, without gap, from the pilot. For a 3 year , no discount, 3000 pregancies agreement, RHC HQ needs involvement and this takes months (which would have delayed the roll out - something no one wanted). That process now happening.
The clinical team is very pleased to have HeraCARE endorsed by the hospital. The JHC exec. are first rate.
