Had the same though. This is quiet a different resource than what IXR has, but certainly a positive.
Two main factors are whether or not the concentration is high enough to warrant mining, and second is who would process it. Give it 5 years and that second question will be easier with global (read: western) capacity ramping up.
Either way, awesome to have in our back pocket.
