My event was pre first vaccination. Am now all boostered up. However a few decades of heavy drinking, poor diet, high blood pressure, insufficent exercise, bradycardia (low resting heart rate) , some family history, a career with stupidly long hours and often significant stress levels, and importantly a stubborn bloody mindedness not to admit I shouldn't be feeling the way I was, eventually caught up with me. Perhaps my only saving grace was I've never been a smoker. Take the time to do a personal reflection people. I wish I had done it earlier.
