multiples of reasons to be honest. originally to shift from dso to wet processing, then concrete, then takeover and now were back at dso....
you can see why there is frustration. I'm frustrated for the full 18month circle back to dso. Followed by a cap raise for what?? if the cash wasn't needed, then why do it. If it was to be opportunistic, the timing was the atrocious.
Silver lining, the company is now 100%, we are acquiring excellent additions to our board. Hopefully Cc and Concrete are closer to being a reality.
