I certainly hear what you are saying about the “non-definitive” status of the current Tiger resource data and thus its potential use (or otherwise) in the DFS.

However, I am not certain whether the statement about the ambit of the mining lease is correct.

Casting my eye back over the mining lease application it would appear per the extract below that the “Proposed Development Area” in the application covered tenement EL 6588 that includes the Tiger deposit:



The incorporation of Tiger within EL 6588 was reiterated in today’s announcement:



Hence based on the above it seems reasonable to conclude that the Tiger deposit technically falls within the Proposed Development Area the subject of the granted mining lease (albeit I do not have access to that document itself or any of its conditions).
