I'm expecting an after tax NPV between 700-800M. I think a lot of further upside has potentially been eroded with inflationary costs.
IRR will be lower due to this as well but still will be quite good.
Its obvious there is a lot of TO shares being unloaded which is par for the course and others worried about a poor DFS outcome.
