That would almost certainly entail additional delays and capex for what could very well turn out to be simply kicking the can down the road.
At this point I think I’d rather see them focus on developing a product with an established use case which will generate revenue almost indefinitely.
Whilst they may have their sights set on a higher value product mix, that also comes with its own unique set of challenges.
