IMO James clearly spoke about the difference from PFS to DFS being Covid and Euro war both of which have interrupted supply chains, labour costs and not to mention the Trillion$ pumped into the global economy making everything that much dearer. What James did do for his shareholders, is quickly identify and put down in the DFS an absolute base case which could be rapidly expanded on because of the above problems. What a great team we have at the helm to be able to adapt rapidly and get the project started with least costs and dilution in an ever changing World. Early cashflow from the pilot plant is also going to help and was not included in the DFS, maybe because they may claim that side of the process as RnD....

The amount of things that weren't included in the DFS is having me freeing up capital to expand my position in ADN.
