From Quarterly ***Final Condition Precedent submitted to CRDB to enable commencement of debt drawdown.***

Notice the sequence of events spid. WKT's spend last Quarter was $8M with $4.6M left in the kitty. Considering we are already One Month into the next Quarter, basically it's 2-3 weeks before CRDB Drawdown.

Once Drawdown commences it triggers the 12 Month condition where no repayments are required, so naturally Drawdown would be delayed to the last minute!

Either you want to be a part of that Announcement or you don't. Doesn't bother me which way investors choose to go.

It is an ASX Requirement for Management to keep the Market informed as to any change to Lindi's funding arrangements. I don't recall that Announcement spid so smooth sailing ahead IMO. Maybe we could make one up. In or out? That's the choice. As always, DYOR.
