So Greg takes a slight pay cut and has a non compete which excludes Nibiru. Looks to me like Greg will be following miggster and I wouldn't be surprised if he starts getting paid via Nibiru to make up for his pay cut at Emerge.
Also, Greg can receive performance based compensation to the value of almost $100k within the next 12 months.
Seems like a pay rise to me!
