Although you can only read the beginning of it - before the rest is obscured - it makes the point that shipping out of China is now 20% cheaper.
Hopefully, shipping into China is also 20% cheaper.
I don't think the average investor fully comprehends that the cost of freight is central and critical to high volume, low value products (less than $1,000/tonne) being profitable.
This is something JM occasionally mentions in relation to industrial minerals, but I'm not sure it's completely understood by the average punter.
