Good research bottle, for a non holder you certainly have a good eye for detail and research. When are you going to jump back in.
I was purely going by my own experiences and presumed most deals were done FOB.
I have been to China many times, i used to travel for a few weeks at a time with a very experienced Sales / purchaser / manufacturer. Have seen him put numerous deals together over the years and they were always all done FOB out of China.
I suppose the lesson is never presume anything Lol.
