It was the talk of the town months ago. When the MOU with AEM expired last year, some here were pumping out day-to-day predictions of when a formal contract would land. Then all mention of HPA disappeared from JM's interviews and also his presentation slide deck. Quite strange how it has vanished from the agenda. A bit of candour about where it's at and why would be appreciated.
