    I have a fairly optimistic view of this (since I am quite an optimistic guy).

    He has worked on DEP for many years and the internal trials are now at an end. The results are being collated and ready to be published. He knows he won’t get any recognition for his work because JF will suck it all up. A new opportunity arises so it is time to move on.

    Let's hope he has plenty of shares, based on merit for a job well done.

    Please note that the above could be a complete fantasy on my part!
