CEO replacement

I genuinely want to hear from any of the following people about the current status of the company ? 3 year lows as far as the share price goes and not a peep out of HQ .... surely people cannot be happy with the current situation ?

I do not have the honor of being in your list of the knowledgeable ones, but if I may say, the last time I have made money with SPL (that was a while back), I had to be very patient, as I was over 50% down at one point.
