    What is going on with ASX and ASIC... first the ASX CEO retires and now the ASIC commissioner is out....
    Seems a little odd that they didnt want to see the ISX case through to the end....

    AFR article (link below) states that former ASIC Commissioner was head over heels with disclosure requirements from companies.. let's see if its worth the ASIC reputation...

    All the above are my thoughts. DYOR.
