The time for a cash raise was probably at the time BRU announces that a workover rig or a CTU has been contracted . As it is we should have contracted one by now so it is inevitable that people will be wondering if BRU are planning to use a drilling rig at the same time we drill an appraisal well next year .
Hopefully this is not the case , but with BRU you can never be too sure.
