You must mean the pre-tax and royalty NPV, if you include estimated tax and royalty its still trading around 65% of the NPV ( ie 0.65x NPV).
Usually projects trade in the ~0.2-0.4x npv range for this stage of a project.
3-4c is a much more realistic trading range for ADN imo.
