They probably would have but guess it's more of a logistical issue with the cargo plans at full capacity. When you think about 85,000 tins at 800 Walmart stores. That's just over 100 per store. During a formula shortage crisis, you'd think just 100 tins would be sold out the first day the shelves are stocked.
