Col you forgot to add that it's taken almost 10 years to get Dep Doc to apparently near completion of Ph 2 whilst the patent life is ticking away to the point where after Ph 3 trials then possible FDA approval there may be only a couple of years left at best to capitalise on limited exclusivity.

Despite that JF & Co will line up for their freebies whilst slapping backs all around.
