They were no where near the office, that was the foyer on the ground floor where the lifts are. But why let a lie get in the way of a good story. The only reason the name Jefferies is on that wall, is because Jefferies have naming rights to the building. They dont own it..

Jefferies also have an office in Sydney, which they could have used, but let's waste shareholders money and fly to New York, for better effect, rather than fly from Bne to Syd...
