I believe it's difficult to project future divi's for a miner, given they're net profit is closely attached to the price of the product they mine, cost of production, etc. Having said that, its difficult to forecast most companies divis over a medium to long term period.
I guess if one want's to attempt long term divi forecasts, use a lower range product price across the companies product mix. For PLS, there is lots of moving parts, growth and downstream initiatives and the capex required for same that would see a push and pull on what's available to pay divis, so I reckon forecasting divis over shorter time frames would be more accurate.
