So our current board is happy to meet and constructively engage with investors. However they are not prepared to meet with the CMT investors to discuss their proposal - wtf?
Current board believe they have an entitlement to manage TNG, our company - otherwise why quote "Burton discovered the resource"- get your heads out of your a*se - you work for us, the shareholders, this is not a private company. Stop putting your interests in front of the loyal shareholders.
