I think that is what a lot of investors are calculating.
50,000tpa x $350 margins = $17.5m EBITDA (rough calculation)
Forget about PE of 10 in this market.
Even if they get to 150,000tpa that is circa $50m EBITDA.
Plenty of good companies around trading at 1-2x FCF that are near producers like ADN.
So my view is the current MC, even after Fridays correction, is still very inflated.
