Clearly the day trading children have found a new toy called OBJ today.
A lot of numbers and assertions being thrown around here without much clarity around them.
$2 million in cosmaceutical sales, what does this actually mean for POH? Is that sales at the retail level? What percentage of $2 million actually accrues to POH? I think expectations of significant revenue coming from this source is overblown at this early stage.
Oxycodone has a $US 3.5 billion market, this number is meaningless except to say that it is large. POH are not selling the drug, they are selling a mechanism for delivery and targetting the largest segment of that market, chronic pain sufferers. Again what is POH`s potential revenues if say they penetrated 25% of the market? Would it be measured in millions, tens of millions or hundreds of millions?
This company would need to make a profit after tax of $75million just to produce $0.10 in earnings. How many years is POH away from that? 3 years, 5 years? Still a lot of wishful thinking here and not much reality.
