As I see it, management's strategy is add new regions (which they are doing terribly at) to offset falling volumes. The company has to prove that they still actually have a viable product, and with revenues continuing to fall sequentially let alone year over year, it is a tough case to make.
I find it fascinating that they are only now waking up to the fact that kids spend more time with their face in computers than the TV and that their marketing should be focussed in that area.
