I hope not. Given the current market sentiment, any further DFS delay would most likely cause a short term re-test of June lows.
While a great opportunity for LTH's to snap up some cheap cheap tickets to the party, does make it unlikely that we will be looking at an ATH anytime soon. 100% re-rate I could see, but a 200% (from June lows of 9.2c) that is held. Seems a little greedy but hey I am a newbie after all.
