Bloody hell. You lot give directors less time than Watford managers get (they've had 10 in 5 years). Perrin joined in July, Wilkes in April, Holzberger last September. The two blokes who many felt wouldn't cut it in this phase are gone. Two execs on the board. Managing Director can't be thrown off. I understand the Ranford rants. So who are you going to throw off? The statutory remuneration report will be out on Friday as part of the full year accounts (have to be out by end September). There's enough information in there to judge whether execs are doing a decent job for their money. You don't need to go getting other things (I assume folks want to see the PKF report which is under Shearer's pillow). Settle down, go to the AGM, ask some questions (nicely) and then think it through. I point you to @Pezz69 last few posts about glass in Europe and whatever the funny stuff from China (last post) is. The price of energy is killing so much.
