Solgold has been terribly mismanaged, a great asset but the BoD needs to be shot.

• 4.something million dollars lost via a fraud.
• Putting a stop or a go slow on regional exploration.
• Continual delays to the PFS / studies.
• Not raising capital when the shareprice was in the 30's and now the bank account running on fumes.
• Bad relations with the major shareholders.
• High staff turnover of people in key positions.
• I could go on.

The end result now is that Cascabel gets sold off for a fraction of what it should be worth or a highly dilutive raise is on the cards. The share price is so low now even a bid at 30p would look attractive to the long suffering shareholders.
