The Anual Report at 104 pages is repetitive and rehashes old news. Glossy and costly. Likewise 10 expensive directors and senior staff.
Where are the financials of the "starter plant". Board need to publish data urgently. In my opinion it's cash flow negative so the board won't. Perhaps the Board can prove me wrong.
I'm voting NO for remuneration report unless I get data on the "starter plant" financials.
